A global snapshot of antimicrobial resistance in wastewater

The first paper coming out of The Global Sewage Surveillance project has been recently published in Nature Communications https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6408512/pdf/41467_2019_Article_8853.pdf

The MAGICAL Group is a collaborator of this project, which analysed sewage in 60 countries (including Israel) for AMR using metagenomics.
